Let’s try to make it easier, imagine that you are in a dream. Your perceived reality is actually the things that are happening within your frame of reference (mindset, consciousness). You will get the feeling that whatever is happening is bringing you closer and closer to your desired goal. This includes positive and negative moments. For instance, you might suddenly meet someone, who you feel has some kind of connection to the new business, you haven’t started yet. Or you getting fired from an office job can become a great start on your way to creating the business you always dreamed about.

Some people have become good at using the Law of Attraction for their purposes easily create such pivots and know how to work with them. Once such pivot is created their whole life gets focused on it. It becomes their drive and motivation to accomplish the set goals.

Here are some quick tips to help you take charge of your thought process:
1. Clarify your goal – think your goal through (you can even write it down on paper)
2. Create a pivot – focus on your resolution, dissolve in your desire to accomplish your goal
3. Focus on the pivot before sleep – spend time imaging your goal before going to sleep. It will help tune your mind to the right way of thinking
4. Change your perception – look at all things happening to you as a means to accomplish your desires.

They assure themselves that they are the center of whatever is happening in their lives and can have full control over the situations they face and not the other way around.

Here are some quick steps to help you through a tough situation using the Law of Attraction:
1. Take a breath – Sit down and think the situation through. Outline your problem and your goals.
2. Call up the reminder – Remind yourself that you should control the circumstances and not vice versa.
3. Visualize – Imagine in details that the problem is solved and you got what you wanted.

One of the main actions toward relieving stress is through thinking and understanding the Law of Attraction. Just take a moment and think about what the word – thought – really means. Sit back – close your eyes – imagine peaceful and calm thoughts going through your consciousness.

Law of Attraction and Stress Relief

Throughout the whole concept of the Law of Attraction, you will discover that it doesn’t bring up a thinking action in a way we usually do. Consider thinking as creative action.

We exist because of five physical senses tell us we do exist. If some guru says that we are real because we think we – just hit him in the face! Then, ask him if it hurts, “how does the blood smell?” What did my fist look like coming straight at between your eyes? What did it sound like as my knuckles smashed your nose? Does the blood inside your mouth taste warm and gooey? I he counters anything about concept of reality – hit him again … only harder!

Talk about stress? Getting hit in the face is usually rather stressful.

So … whatever our five senses informs us … that becomes real for us. Of course, that also becomes a part of our thoughts about reality. But surprisingly, however, this really isn’t the type of thought process that the Law of Attraction talks about. The above discusses what is known as ‘objective thinking’.

In order to see how the Law of Attraction is carried out of in our lives, we have to force ourselves to put aside the concept of objective thinking. It is beneficial if we adopt a distinctive enigmatic level of thinking – which is subjective thinking.

Why do we think that a friend or enemy is real? Because our five senses indicate it is so. Remember – this is objective thought processing.

While on the other hand (objective description), with subjective thinking, things will be totally reversed. We think our friend is real and therefore we are able to sense that they do exist. Now, that is subjective thinking.

Law-of-attraction proponents propose that your job isn’t real – but if you’re an astronaut and launching off in a rocket – there isn’t gravitational pull – it’s just that … because you believe so concretely that gravity is real, it becomes a reality for you … especially when the rocket malfunctions and you crashed back to earth.

So the only things that are real are the things you believe exist. And more … your firm belief that they are happening makes them ‘definitely’ real for you.

Wow – any stress you feel – you feel it … because you think it first.

This is absolutely in the realm of subjective thinking.

When you think subjectively, things are more or less like how it is when you are dreaming. When we see a dream, how do we picture ourselves? Is our ‘dream’ self the real us? No, we are the ones who are ‘seeing’ the dream.

Key concept here …
=> We are just the frame of reference, the consciousness. <=

Whatever is happening in our dream is our perspective. That is how thinking works in the subjective world.

In this subjective Universe, what we see is actually just a manifestation of our thoughts. Now, does that mean those things aren’t real? What that does mean is that those things are present in our consciousness.

So, just as we might be able to change things in our dreams, and now by applying the Law of Attraction, we can alter things in our ‘real’ life as well.

Well, it’s true that the Law of Attraction isn’t a psychological state that you just magically pick up or and experience events that begin to happen a certain way. Don’t expect to be able to simply extol a religious song in the order of – like generates like – a few hundred times every 24 hours and see events occurring exactly like the way you want.

Do you think that if the Law of Attraction were quite so uncomplicated that the world would be seen as something much different than what it is now? Definitely, you would witness life in a much more contrasting view. Not sure if it would be better or worse – the choice is what do you want to attract?

There are many explanations of the Law of Attraction, but the most common definition probably is something like this – “If you put all your energies and beliefs into something that you wish to create, for something to happen, the happening will most certainly occur, though not precisely as you envisioned it.”

Maybe the last sentence could be simpler, but also you should immediately realize that it raises more questions.

The question of energies and beliefs are at the top of the most important list. Is it only what we believe and focus our energies into that will happen? Or will things that we don‟t want but think about strongly and constantly … also happen?

But what about a conflict of thoughts – where one belief does not dominate the other? At times, and I know this has happened to me, there are situations where a person thinks equally in two separate directions.

For example, we may think that a job could be offered … but then maybe not. We vacillate in in between our poles of beliefs. So how is it best to apply the Law of Attraction in cases like that?

Or in another scenario – what happens when we are thinking strongly about something and someone else thinks powerfully about a totally opposite result? Ever watch an athletic contest where both sides are determined to win? What will happen in that case?

In order to be able to reply all these questions, it is important to first understand what the Law of Attraction really says.

Let’s break down the Law of Attraction into the various determinants in which the law has been defined – in four essential elements:-
First – you must know exactly what you want.
Second – you must begin a focused belief process for it, and then begin stridently calling the Universe to make it happen.
Third – you must then visualize a situation wherein you already have what you are yearning for, and you must live and believe that you are living in that reality.
Fourth – at the same time, you must not connect yourself to what might happen. You absolutely must focus only … about having it. There is no room for fear or doubts.

This is a byproduct of increased restfulness – and there’s a lot of evidence to suggest that we are at our most creative when we’re more relaxed. This way we lose the ‘tunnel vision’ that comes from stress and focus and instead we’re able to explore different ideas and alternative solutions to problems. Having plants around helps us to get into this state of mind and thus helps us discover more novel and creative solutions to our problems.

Plants can also help to boost our general health by cleaning the air and increasing oxygen. This has again been shown in several studies and it has been suggested that we should keep a few plants around for every family member to improve air quality.
